Booking policy:
required minimum stay: 1 week (7 nights) during peak season, possibly Sat/Sat.
Prices are per week or night per property and include: taxes, bed linen, blankets, bath towels, kitchenware, sat-tv, log fire, cleaning (before arrival and after departure), washing machine, electricity, cooking gas, water, cot/highchair, barbecue, use of our shared inground swimming pool.

Extras:
Heating costs: 15 Euro per property, per day. (to be paid on site).
Usb modem: 25 Euro/week (to be paid on site)
Small pets only on request, for a charge of 40 Euro/week.
Luggage porter service from village parking area (150m): 10 Euro
Off-site laundry service: as determined by laundry lady.

A deposit equal to 30% of the total rent, in Euro, by wire transfer or credit card through PayPal, paid net of all bank or PayPal charges (3,5%), is due to confirm your reservation. Balance of rental due per bank transfer (in Euro), 6 weeks prior to arrival. A booking confirmation with directions and a map of the village will be emailed to you after receipt of your deposit.
